Guidance Update Report

Fines inc. <5125> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision at noon (12:00) on June 13th. The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2025 has decreased 21.4%, from the previous forecast of 420 million yen to 330 million yen (compared to 341 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 3.2% decrease in profit.
