Earnings ReportHodogaya Chemical Co.,Ltd. <4112> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 1.3% from the previous period to 4.77 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.8% to 5 billion yen. This will be the seventh consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 50 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on March 31, this dividend represents an actual increase of 11.1%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.08 billion yen, a 94.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 12.2% in the same period last year to 2.6%.
