Earnings ReportTAKASAGO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION <4914> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 3.3 times that of the previous period to 15.3 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 15.1% from the previous period to 13 billion yen.
At the same time, the company intends to pay an annual dividend of 144 yen for the current fiscal year, with the actual dividend unchanged from the previous year's dividend after taking the forward stock split into account.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 87.7% from the same period last year, reaching 1.24 billion yen. The operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -0.6% in the same period last year to 4.2%.
