KOATSU GAS KOGYO CO., LTD. <4097> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 0.2% from the previous period to 6.64 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 6.9% to 7.1 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 20 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.22 billion yen, a 9.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 5.0% in the same period last year to 5.2%.
