Earnings ReportCredit Saison Co.,Ltd. <8253> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 9.0% from the previous period to 66.3 billion yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 55 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 1.7% to 67.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 110 yen to 120 yen (compared to 105 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 130 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 8.78 billion yen, a 19.6% decrease compared to the same period last year.
