Earnings ReportBrangista.inc <6176> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October 2024 to March 2025) increased 10.1% from the same period last year, reaching 0.52 billion yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.15 billion yen was 45.4%, also falling below the four-year average of 55.6%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to September period (2H) is expected to expand 33.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.62 billion yen.
At the same time, the year-end lump-sum dividend remains undecided.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 9.1% from the same period last year, reaching 0.29 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 23.2% in the same period last year to 21.9%.
