Earnings ReportSHARINGTECHNOLOGY.INC <3989> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October 2024 to March 2025) was 0.59 billion yen, a 1.9% increase compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.4 billion yen was 42.3%, exceeding the five-year average of 37.7%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the April to September period (2H) is expected to decrease 8.8% from the same period last year to 0.8 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 30 yen to 40 yen (compared to 15 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (2Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 0.26 billion yen, a 17.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 21.5% in the same period last year to 22.1%.
