Earnings ReportTOWA PHARMACEUTICAL CO.,LTD. <4553> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 6.8% from the previous period to 26.1 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 3.3% from the previous period to 25.3 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 4.39 billion yen, a 39.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 7.5% in the same period last year to 7.0%.
