Earnings ReportNIPPON SEIKI CO.,LTD. <7287> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 15.5% from the previous period to 6.12 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 30.7% to 8 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 30 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 3.8 times that of the same period last year, reaching 3.75 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.2% in the same period last year to 4.5%.
