ESCRIT INC. <2196> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 16.4% from the previous period to 700 million yen, falling below the forecast of 900 million yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. For the fiscal year ending March 2026 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 65.7% from the previous period to 240 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 68 million yen, a 67.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.3% in the same period last year to 1.4%.
