HPC SYSTEMS, Jul-Mar (Cumulative 3Q) Ordinary Profit Increases by 35%, Exceeds Full-Year Plan
6597 HPC SYSTEMS Inc. 【J-GAAP】
Earnings ReportHPC SYSTEMS Inc. <6597> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July 2024 to March 2025) expanded 593 million yen, an increase 35.1% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 592 million yen is 100.2%, already exceeding the target and also exceeding the five-year average of 93.4%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 1 million yen (compared to a loss of 13 million yen in the same period last year). However, if the fourth-quarter performance remains at the same level as the first three quarters, the full-year plan may be increased.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 19.1% from the same period last year, reaching 374 million yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 11.5% in the same period last year to 15.8%.
