Earnings Reporthalmek holdings Co.,Ltd. <7119> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 30.9% from the previous period to 623 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 44.5% to 900 million yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net loss improved to a deficit of 220 million yen (compared to a loss of 564 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -14.5% in the same period last year to -3.0%.
