Earnings ReportG-TEKT CORPORATION <5970> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 7.2% from the previous period to 17.5 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 3.0% from the previous period to 17 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 74 yen to 87 yen (compared to 67 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 90 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 5.18 billion yen, a 5.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 5.2% in the same period last year to 6.4%.
