Earnings ReportAGS Corporation <3648> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 47.7% from the previous period to 1.9 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 10.0% to 2.09 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 28 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 4.8 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.76 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 2.8% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
