Forum Engineering Inc. <7088> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 42.0% from the previous period to 4.28 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 17.5% to 5.03 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 50 yen to 53 yen (compared to 37.5 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 62.5 yen, an increase of 9.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 36.7% from the same period last year, reaching 0.8 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.8% in the same period last year to 9.1%.
