TERUMO, 22% Increase in Net Income, Update Record High for Third Consecutive Term, Dividend Raised by 4 yen

Earnings ReportTERUMO CORPORATION <4543> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 10.0% from the previous period to 116 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 22.2% to 143 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 18.3 billion yen, a 30.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 14.5% in the same period last year to 9.2%.
