Earnings ReportMARUFUJI SHEET PILING CO., LTD. <8046> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 7.8% from the previous period to 2.07 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.1% to 2.1 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 110 yen to 130 yen (compared to 110 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 130 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 80.7% from the same period last year, reaching 0.65 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.4% in the same period last year to 5.3%.
