Earnings ReportMORIROKU COMPANY, LTD. <4249> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 64.4% from the previous period to 2.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 2.2 times to 4.9 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 115 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 1.42 billion yen, a 37.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 5.5% in the same period last year to 5.8%.
