Earnings ReportChugin Financial Group,Inc. <5832> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 22.8% from the previous period to 38.3 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 24.3% to 47.6 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 56 yen to 62 yen (compared to 47 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 74 yen, an increase of 12 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 86.7% from the same period last year, reaching 9.09 billion yen.
