Nippon Avionics Co., Ltd. <6946> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 26.0% from the previous period to 2.71 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 14.3% to 3.1 billion yen, marking the fifth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 10 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 68.1% from the same period last year, reaching 1.11 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 13.9% in the same period last year to 17.5%.
