SANKO TECHNO CO,.LTD. <3435> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 36.1% from the previous period to 1.3 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 27.2% to 1.66 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 42 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.24 billion yen, a 50.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 9.4% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
