Earnings ReportDAIICHI KENSETSU CORPORATION <1799> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 85.6% from the previous period to 7.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 13.2% from the previous period to 6.6 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 80 yen to 130 yen (compared to 80 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 130 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit surged 2.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 2.35 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 7.0% in the same period last year to 14.8%.
