Earnings ReportTOMONY Holdings,Inc. <8600> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 8.6% from the previous period to 23.3 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 6.3% to 24.8 billion yen, marking the fifth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 16 yen to 16.5 yen (compared to 11 yen in the prior term), and has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 26 yen, an increase of 9.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 3.02 billion yen, a 44.9% decrease compared to the same period last year.
