Earnings ReportUACJ Corporation <5741> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 13th (14:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 2.0 times that of the previous period to 27.9 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 28.5% from the previous period to 20 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 160 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 3.01 billion yen, a 57.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.0% in the same period last year to 3.1%.
