Earnings ReportOUG Holdings Inc. <8041> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 50.6% from the previous period to 5.89 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 23.6% from the previous period to 4.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 96 yen to 97 yen (compared to 75 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 102 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.05 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 0.3% in the same period last year to 1.0%.
