Earnings ReportSAKURA RUBBER CO.,LTD. <5189> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 40.9% from the previous period to 653 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 20.4% from the previous period to 520 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 60 yen to 65 yen (compared to 90 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 50 yen, a decrease of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 4.4% from the same period last year, reaching 809 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 11.5% in the same period last year to 13.6%.
