Shimadaya Corporation <250A> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 0.7% from the previous period to 3.44 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 7.3% to 3.7 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 50 yen to 52 yen (compared to 567 yen before the 1.43749-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 52 yen for the current term as well.
