UNITED, The Current Fiscal Year's Ordinary Profit Turns to Loss, Dividend to Cut by 25 yen

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit/loss is expected to turn into a loss of 1.25 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to significantly reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 23 yen, a decrease of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 0.49 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.14 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -5.8% in the same period last year to -18.3%.
