Earnings ReportMINATO HOLDINGS INC. <6862> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 52.5% from the previous period to 582 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover to 28.9% to 750 million yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 15 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 24 million yen (compared to a profit of 25 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit margin improved from 1.1% in the same period last year to 1.6%.
