Earnings ReportASAHI BROADCASTING GROUP HOLDINGS CORPORATION <9405> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 surged by 3.5 times that of the previous term, reaching 2.5 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 7.7% to 2.7 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 14 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 75.8% from the same period last year, reaching 1.2 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 4.3% in the same period last year to 6.0%.
