Earnings ReportShionogi & Co.,Ltd. <4507> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 5.2% from the previous period to 170 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 5.6% to 180 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 66 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 7.6%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 5.2% from the same period last year, reaching 36.6 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 14.8% in the same period last year to 26.2%.
