Earnings ReportThe Hyakujushi Bank,Ltd. <8386> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 36.8% from the previous period to 19.9 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 21.0% to 24.1 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in twelve years. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 120 yen to 145 yen (compared to 90 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 176 yen, an increase of 31 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 18.8% from the same period last year, reaching 4.24 billion yen.
