NISSIN SHOJI CO., LTD. <7490> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 26.1% from the previous period to 556 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 7.9% to 600 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 20 yen to 25 yen (compared to 21 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 21 yen, a decrease of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 1 million yen (compared to a loss of 40 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -0.7% in the same period last year to 0.1%.
