Earnings ReportPROTO CORPORATION <4298> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the morning on May 12th (10:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 4.2% from the previous period to 8.78 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 8.22 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. This marks the third consecutive term of revenue and the eighth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the dividend for the current fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 1.81 billion yen, an increase of 3.0% compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 5.8% in the same period last year to 5.9%.
