Guidance Update ReportTAKAMATSU CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO., LTD. <1762> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on May 9th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 11.7%, from the previous forecast of 12 billion yen to 10.6 billion yen (compared to 11.3 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 6.3% decrease in profit.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 14.2%, from the previous forecast of 9.85 billion yen to 8.45 billion yen (compared to 7.88 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 25.1% to 7.3%.
