JX Advanced Metals Corporation <5016> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 9th (16:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 33.5% from the previous period to 68.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 15.0% from the previous period to 58 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 103.55 yen to 109.55 yen (compared to no dividend in the prior term), and has decided to significantly reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 15 yen, a decrease of 94.55 yen from the previous fiscal year.
