Hosiden Corporation <6804> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 18.6% from the previous period to 14.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 18.8% from the previous period to 12 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 38 yen to 59 yen (compared to 68 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 50 yen, a decrease of 9 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 2.69 billion yen, a 4.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.1% in the same period last year to 3.9%.
