Earnings ReportOKUMA Corporation <6103> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 39.2% from the previous period to 15.5 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 44.9% to 22.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company intends to pay an annual dividend of 100 yen for the current fiscal year, with the actual dividend unchanged from the previous year's dividend after taking the previous year's forward stock split into account.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 4.23 billion yen, a 40.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 11.8% in the same period last year to 7.8%.
