Earnings ReportPRONEXUS INC. <7893> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 74.6% from the previous period to 0.45 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 4.0 times to 1.8 billion yen.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 38 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net loss expanded to a loss of 2.75 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.31 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -8.3% in the same period last year to -47.6%.
