Earnings ReportOKAMURA CORPORATION <7994> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 0.9% from the previous period to 26.4 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 25.5 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 11.5% to 29.5 billion yen, marking the seventh consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the seventh consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 90 yen to 94 yen (compared to 86 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 104 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 20.5% from the same period last year, reaching 13.5 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.3% in the same period last year to 14.1%.
