Focus Systems Corporation <4662> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 9.8% from the previous period to 2.16 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 22.9% to 2.66 billion yen, marking the eighth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifteenth consecutive term of revenue and the ninth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 50 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 0.58 billion yen, a 22.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.9% in the same period last year to 7.3%.
