Earnings ReportRecruit Holdings Co.,Ltd. <6098> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 15.5% from the previous period to 408 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 4.8% to 428 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 25 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 95.7% from the same period last year, reaching 66.9 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 6.6% in the same period last year to 9.4%.
