Daishi Hokuetsu Financial Group, Inc. <7327> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 33.2% from the previous period to 41.1 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 16.8% to 48 billion yen, marking the fifth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 182 yen to 187 yen (compared to 145 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 150 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 14.5%.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 89.7% from the same period last year, reaching 11.3 billion yen.
