Earnings ReportCEDAR.Co.,Ltd <2435> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on May 9th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 3.4% from the previous period to 668 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to drop by 40.7% from the previous period to 396 million yen.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 6 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 69 million yen, a 37.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.9% in the same period last year to 2.9%.
