SBI Insurance Group Co., Ltd. <7326> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on May 8th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 15.0% from the previous period to 9.47 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 16.1% to 11 billion yen, marking the ninth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the eighth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 17 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 17.4% from the same period last year, reaching 2.12 billion yen.
