JMDC, 2% Increase in Net Income, Update Record High for Ninth Consecutive Term

Earnings ReportJMDC Inc. <4483> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 7th (15:45). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 57.9% from the previous period to 7.27 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 6.2 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 1.7% to 7.4 billion yen, marking the ninth consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 16 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 5.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 3.41 billion yen. The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -2.2% in the same period last year to 26.1%.
