Nippon Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. <4362> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 30th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 17.0% from the previous period to 5.21 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.2% from the previous period to 5.2 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 94 yen, an increase of 20 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 1.17 billion yen, a 2.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 13.4% in the same period last year to 12.7%.
