Guidance Update ReportKAWATA MFG. CO., LTD. <6292> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision at noon (12:00) on April 30th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 56.5%, from the previous forecast of 0.66 billion yen to 1.03 billion yen (compared to 1.41 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 53.3% to 26.9%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.0 times, from the previous forecast of 0.37 billion yen to 0.74 billion yen (compared to 0.64 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 15.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
