Earnings ReportKIKKOMAN CORPORATION <2801> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 28th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 9.3% from the previous period to 61.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 3.4% from the previous period to 59.6 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 21 yen to 25 yen (compared to 104 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 25 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 10.3 billion yen, a 5.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.1% in the same period last year to 6.5%.
