Earnings ReportSotetsu Holdings,Inc. <9003> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 25th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 29.0% from the previous period to 34.8 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 6.6% from the previous period to 32.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 60 yen to 65 yen (compared to 50 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 65 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 2.67 billion yen, a 60.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 9.6% in the same period last year to 6.9%.
